It compensates individuals, businesses and Matatu Saccos/companies/transporters against accidental loss or damage to their motor vehicles and their accessories including legal liability to third parties.
Provide Comprehensive Cover to passenger service vehicles for ferrying passengers.
Accidental damage to the vehicle including malicious damage, riot, and strike.
Theft & Fire damage.
Damage to property belonging to third parties (other persons).
Injury to third-party persons such as pedestrians and passengers in other vehicles. Third party persons exclude any member of the client’s immediate family.
Individual matatu operators providing own transport of passengers for hire and reward.
Matatu Sacco’s providing passenger transport for hire and reward.
